Amy

Amy Boshnack
General Manager, LoveToKnow.com

Amy Boshnack, the Senior Director/Executive Producer for Animal Planet’s multi-platform content, oversees all digital and social content for the network. Boshnack has a long history of launching successful linear, print, and digital products, starting back in 1996 when she was part of the inaugural team that launched MSNBC. She then moved over to print, spending a large part of her career at New York magazine, launching special issues and helping to bring their annual New York Awards’ issue to television for NBC. From New York, she moved to Cosmopolitan to manage their special issues and quickly became the magazine’s Managing Editor. But the allure of online media was strong and she soon moved exclusively to that medium, creating editorial properties for WEtv.comAMCtv.com, and created and launched TheStir.com, CafeMom’s first, very successful, editorial property. She ran their operations for five years until she took on the challenge of successfully reshaping the women’s entertainment site SheKnows.com in June of 2014.  In 2017 Boshnack helped Discovery networks revamp the digital output for both the Science Channel and Animal Planet and in 2023 she moved to LovedToKnow.com.

Amy lives in New York with her husband, two kids, and three pups and is passionate about Dance Party for Parkinson’s mission.
